What is included

No fuzzy matching, guessed dates, invented missing values, scraping, enrichment, macros or confidential/personal-data processing. Identifiers and leading zeros remain text.

Duplicates are your decision

A duplicate means all column values match after the cleanup rules you approve. Trimming or category mapping can make rows equal. We keep the first matching row only if you explicitly authorize removal; otherwise, duplicates remain. We do not infer that repeated business records are unwanted.

This fictional example is not a client result. All ten removed rows exactly matched retained rows in the original four columns. The reconciliation identifies the retained match for every removal.

From request to delivery

1. Confirm fit: describe your non-sensitive file, desired format and rules to preserve. Do not send personal or confidential data.
2. Agree scope and availability: a human operator confirms the transformations, duplicate policy, proposed price, delivery deadline and retention date. Do not pay or upload a file before this confirmation. Only one accepted order at a time.
3. Review and process: we preserve the source, apply only agreed rules and check the result against them.
4. Receive the ZIP: review the cleaned CSV, change log, quality findings and removal reconciliation.
5. One revision: request a correction to the agreed rules. A new file, schema or new transformation requires a separate scope.

What to provide when orders open

• One authorized, non-confidential CSV copy with no personal/customer, employee, medical, banking, payment or identity data.
• The exact cleanup required and desired delimiter/output format.
• Preservation rules, especially IDs, leading zeros and repeated records.
• Explicit permission for each transformation and any duplicate removal.

If the proposed Commission listing is approved, intake and delivery files will also be stored by the platform. Processing is local to the authorized workspace; CSV contents are not submitted to AI providers. The proposed operator retention is seven days after accepted delivery and the revision window ends, subject to an agreed legal/contractual requirement. Deletion is operator-verified, not an implemented automatic feature. Platform retention and buyer downloads are separate.

Revisions, delays and refunds

One correction to the agreed cleanup rules is included. A new file, schema or new transformation is outside that revision. If we cannot accept or complete the agreed work, we will explain the issue and arrange cancellation or refund through the selected platform. Platform rules and applicable buyer rights govern; this draft does not override them. No refund is issued automatically by this tool. A human operator must handle delays, customer messages and refund decisions.

Orders remain closed until a human operator has confirmed coverage for intake, delivery and customer support. No autonomous staffing or round-the-clock response is promised.
